The current generation model from Land Rover is a four door luxury sport utility vehicle that has the seating capacity to accommodate up to 7-passengers. The 2009 LR3 model is offered in only one trim option.

Engine

Upon introduction, the base model of LR3 is equipped with a 4.4 liter V8 engine that produces power up to 300 hp. With the powerful engine, the luxury sports car can achieve fuel economy of 12 miles per gallon in the city premises, while it can achieve 17 miles per gallon on the highway roads. The standard transmission to the V8 engine is a six-speed automatic with overdrive. The 2009 model is a carryover to the 2008 model.

Features

Both the trim models feature with 19 inch alloy wheels and revised exterior door handles with clear side repeater lenses and Tungsten finish. The rear climate control and the third row of seats become a stand alone choice.
